Many PlayStation 5 users are experiencing a bug that is preventing them from downloading certain games and apps. The bug shows that games and apps are stuck in ‘Queued for download' or show error. And as per reports, this seems to be happening when a game or an app is set for download for the first time.

Also, users are not being able to download games that are in their PS5 library already but the PS5 Store says you don't have it. This is preventing users from downloading games and even cancelling the game to try and re-download it.

As per a report in IGN that cites both users and their own staff members, the PS5 has been hit by bugs just after launch.

The IGN report mentions a lot of users reporting claim issues with the PS5 version of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, even though the PS4 version downloads without any issues. Others have reported issues with Godfall, Demon's Souls, Spider-Man Remastered, Sackboy: A Big Adventure and the Disney+ app.
