Lava Magnum XL, Aura, and Ivory tablets launched in India

Lava's new tablets are student-focused and come bundled with free online courses.

Lava has launched three tablets for students in India. Lava's e-Education series of tablets include Magnum XL, Aura and Ivory priced between ₹9,000 and ₹15,000. Lava has also partnered with EduSaksham to offer free courses along with the three tablets.

All three Lava tablets are available exclusively on Flipkart. Lava Magnum XL is the most expensive tablet of the lot priced at ₹15,499. It comes in a dark grey shade with a metallic finish. Lava Aura is priced at ₹12,999, and this one too comes with a metallic finish. Lava Ivory has a price tag of ₹9,499.

In terms of specs, Lava Magnum XL features 10.1-inch IPS LCD display with 390 nits of brightness. The tablet has a 2-megapixel front camera, and a 5-megapixel rear camera. It packs 32GB of internal storage that is further expandable up to 256GB. Lava Magnum XL is powered by a MediaTek 2GHz processor, and it has a 6,100mAh battery.

Lava Aura has an 8-inch display, and 32GB of onboard storage that can be expanded up to 256GB. The tablet has an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera. Under its hood runs a MediaTek 2GHz processor paired with a 5,100mAh battery.

Lava Ivory has the smallest screen size of 7 inches, and it has 16GB of internal storage. The tablet supports expandable storage up to 256GB. It features a 5-megapixel rear camera, and a 2-megapixel selfie camera. The tablet also has a textured hair brush finish.
