Google launched the Pixel 5 smartphone back in September this year. Now, nearly three months later, reports about the Pixel 5 successor, that is, the Google Pixel 6 smartphone have already started to flood the internet.

As per the latest report by Slash Leaks (via GizChina), Google's next-generation Pixel smartphone will feature subtle changes compared to its predecessor. For instance, the back of the phone will feature a square-shaped camera module that is placed towards on the left side. It has four holes, two of which are presumably for the camera and the other two are for the LED flash and the sensor. This setup is similar to what we have seen in the case of the Pixel 5 smartphone.

The front of the phone, on the other hand, is a different matter altogether. The shared images show that the next-generation Pixel phone will not come with a punch-hole display as is the case with this year's Pixel 5 smartphone. Instead, it will come with an under-display camera sensor. “There is no hole for the front-side camera,” the image says.

It is worth noting that this is not the first that we are hearing reports of a Pixel 5 successor. In the past couple of months, several reports have hinted towards Google working on a phone called the Pixel 5 Pro. However, those reports were turned down by noted tipster Jon Prosser who said that the phone wasn't real.
