Honor X10 with 40MP camera launched in China

Honor today brought a new 5G smartphone in the market, the Honor X10. Being the first in the X-series, this new device will be made available in its home town China from 26 May in four colour variants - Sapphire Blue, Midnight Black, Titanium Silver and Fiery Orange. 

It starts at RMB 1899 (roughly 20,200) for the 6GB + 64GB version, RMB 2199 (roughly 23,400 ) for the 6GB + 128GB version and RMB 2399 (roughly 25,500) for the 8GB + 128GB version.

Honor X10 specifications

Running MagicUI 3.1.1 based on Android 10, the Honor X10 sports a 6.63-inch FHD+ (2400x1080 pixels) resolution IPS display with 20:9 aspect ratio and 397PPI. It also has 92% screen to body ratio without any notch or punch holes and support for 90Hz refresh rate (180Hz touch sampling rate). Powering it is Huawei's home-baked Kirin 820 octa-core processor made using a 7nm process, along with a G57MC6 GPU. All the variants support microSD card with upto 256GB.

For photography, you get a 40-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, 8-megapixel sensor with f/2.4 and a 2-megapixel sensor with f/2.4 aperture. At the front, there is a 16-megapixel f/2.2 pop-up camera with fixed 24mm focal length. You can record 4K resolution videos and use shooting modes like macro, anti-shake, HDR, night mode and more.

Backed by a 4300mAh battery, the Honor X10 supports fast charging by 22.5watt and is claimed to deliver a talk time of up to 25 hours. It is also claimed to charge from no battery to 100% in 1.5 hours.
