HMD Global has announced its new Nokia phone launch event that is scheduled for September 22. Here, the company will “unveil a new chapter for Nokia phones.” The launch invite doesn’t reveal anything else but there have been quite a few Nokia phones showing up in leaks often.

The Nokia launch event will be a virtual one, and it will be live streamed via the company’s official YouTube page. It is scheduled to start at 4:00 PM BST (4:30 PM IST) on September 22. HMD Global also teased the presence of a “special guest” at the event. While we don’t know who that special guest is we do have an idea on which Nokia phones to expect at the event.

Based on multiple leaks and reports so far, HMD Global could launch the Nokia 2.4, and Nokia 3.4 at this event. Nokia 7.3 is also tipped to launch on this day but there's not much known about this phone. The flagship Nokia 9.3 PureView which was also spotted quite often will reportedly miss this launch, and will instead arrive by the end of this year.

Nokia 2.4 which will most likely be an entry-level smartphone is expected to come with a 6.5-inch display, MediaTek Helio P22 processor, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of built-in storage. It will house two rear cameras and a fingerprint sensor as well.

Nokia 3.4 will also have a rear fingerprint sensor along with a circular camera module. It could be offered in two variants with 3GB of RAM and up to 64GB of storage. Nokia 3.4 is also said to have a 6.52-inch HD+ display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 chipset, and a 4,000mAh battery.

Everything is based on speculation as of now but new Nokia phones are confirmed, and it will most likely feature the recently leaked ones.
