Poco is reportedly working on a ‘Pro’ version of the M3 smartphone. Poco M3 Pro is rumoured to come with 5G support, a MediaTek Dimensity processor and triple rear cameras. Poco M3 Pro has now appeared in a new leaked image which shows quite a different design and look.
Poco M3 itself stood out for its different design among its siblings. Poco M3 Pro is going to be no different. The leaked image of the phone shared by tipster Ishan Agarwal shows the Poco M3 Pro with an enhanced rear camera module highlighting the Poco branding. There’s a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a punch-hole camera as well. Poco M3 Pro is also seen with the 5G branding confirming the feature. It will come in three colours according to this leak.
In an interview with Android Central, Poco confirmed the M3 Pro will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity chipset. The exact chipset wasn’t specified but it’s said to be “a sizeable upgrade from the Snapdragon 662 that's powering the regular M3.” Poco M3 Pro is also confirmed to offer a higher refresh rate, more RAM and a faster storage module. Poco also plans to retire the X3 once the M3 Pro is launched. Poco X3 Pro will still be available.
According to leaks and rumours, Poco M3 Pro is expected to feature a 6.5-inch full HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The smartphone will run on the MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
