Samsung Galaxy F52 5G with Snapdragon 750G, 120Hz display launched

Samsung has launched the first 5G smartphone under the Galaxy F-series. Galaxy F52 5G has been made official in China, and it comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor, a 120Hz display, and a 4,500mAh battery. Samsung introduced the Galaxy F-series last year in India in partnership with e-commerce platform Flipkart. The company is yet to announce the launch of Galaxy F52 5G in India.

Samsung Galaxy F52 5G is priced at CNY 1,999 ( 22,700 approx). The smartphone comes in two colour options of Dusky Black and Magic White. It can be pre-ordered in China, and it's expected to go on sale next month. There's no word on the phone's availability in other markets yet.

In terms of specs, Galaxy F52 5G features a 6.6-inch FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood of the phone runs Qualcomm's Snapdragon 750G processor paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of RAM. It also comes with a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 1TB. The Galaxy F52 5G sports a quad-camera setup featuring a 64-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra wide angle lens, a 2-megapixel depth sensor and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. The smartphone houses a 16-megapixel front camera for selfies.

There's a 4,500mAh battery on the Galaxy F52 5G along with support for 25W fast charging. On the software front, Galaxy F52 5G runs One UI 3.1 based on Android 11. Its connectivity options in addition to 5G include 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.0, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The smartphone also features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
