    Vivo India hosted a launch event for its new smartphone Vivo T1 5G. Vivo T1 5G price on launch in India is Rs. 15,990. The launch event was hosted live on YouTube and had Indian VJ and actor Varun Sood as one of the presenters. From Vivo's side, Pankaj Gandhi, director, online business, Vivo India and Avnish Kumar, product manager Vivo India joined the launch event. During the event, Vivo T1 5G specifications, price as well as the pain-points it was trying to solve were discussed. At the end of the event, the product manager also took questions from users on the problem they faced in their existing smartphones and how Vivo T1 5G was solving them.     Vivo India presented a cool-looking stage for the event with the words ‘Get. Set. Turbo.' written on the back. Turbo was the set theme for the event and it was used at various points to highlight the performance, looks and design of the smartphone. The smartphone has some dedicated features for gamers and photography enthusiasts. Also, as some rumors already predicted, Vivo T1 5G will be a sub-Rs. 20,000 smartphone.     Vivo T1 5G claims to be the company's slimmest phone with a thickness of 8.25mm. The smartphone weighs 187 grams making it quite lightweight. Under the hood, it was announced that the smartphone will be equipped with the Snapdragon 695 processor which has a 6 nanometer chipset. It has a maximum clock speed of 2.2 GHz. Kumar revealed that Vivo T1 5G has an AnTuTu score of 4,00,000. For the unaware, AnTuTu is a software benchmarking tool commonly used to benchmark phones and other devices. Vivo India claims that the processor will improve the smartphone's CPU performance by 15% and GPU performance by 30% which will ensure a smooth user experience and viewing experience.

    Vivo, in the launch event claimed that the smartphone is capable of running 25 different apps in the background without slowing down the smartphone, thanks to its ‘Turbo' processor.

    Vivo T1 5G will be available in three RAM variants of 4GB, 6GB and 8GB. In addition the smartphone will support 4GB of virtual RAM to extend its RAM limit. It will only be available in a single internal storage variant of 128GB.

    Vivo T1 5G sports a 6.58-inch FHD+ display with 120Hz refresh rate.  The smartphone packs a 5,000 mAh battery and comes with 18W fast charge support. It also has a 5 layer liquid cooling technology to support higher end gaming.

    Vivo T1 5G has a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP primary lens, a 2MP super macro lens and a 2MP Bokeh camera. It has various modes like Super Night Mode, Multi-Style Portrait, and Rear Camera Eye Autofocus. The front has a 16MP selfie camera with an AI face beauty mode.

    Vivo T1 5G is available in two vibrant colors of Starlight Black and Rainbow Fantasy on Vivo India e-store, Flipkart and across other retail stores.

    Vivo T1 5G will be a sub-Rs. 20,000 smartphone. Its 4GB + 128GB variant is priced at Rs. 15,990. The 6GB + 128GB variant will be available at Rs. 16,990 and the 8GB + 128GB variant can be purchased for Rs. 19,990. Vivo India will also have an introductory offer where you can buy the phone with a no-cost EMI option. Also, HDFC bank card users will get an additional Rs. 1,000 discount on the smartphone.
