The Blue Origin mission is back on track. The launch to take place in 5 minutes.
“Safety is the number one priority at Blue Origin and mission control will need the time to make all the checks to ensure it,” the host of the LiveStream said.
Meanwhile the delay has crossed the 45 minutes mark.
The Blue Origin launch has been delayed by 30 minutes
There is still no word on when the launch will finally take place. The company has said that the delay is to ensure the safety of the mission and all the crew members.
“Safety is not only our priority but a core value of the company,” says Andrew Lake, Director of system safety engineering.
The hold on launch has crossed 20 minutes.

Dr. George Nield is the president of Commercial Space Technologies, LLC, which he founded to encourage, facilitate, and promote commercial space activities. He previously served as associate administrator for the Federal Aviation Administration Office of Commercial Space Transportation and was responsible for licensing and regulating all commercial launch activities.

According to the company, this will be the schedule for the launch today:
T-45 mins, crew travels on the road to space to the launch tower.
T-35 mins, astronauts ingress into the crew capsule.
T-24 mins, hatch closes.
T-10 mins, Terminal Count Ready Report and final “Go” poll.

They will be the first married couple to travel to space in a commercial space vehicle.

The official Blue Origin Twitter posted, “#NewShepard is on the pad for its 20th mission. Flight controllers are working through nominal check-outs in advance of today's launch. Before liftoff, meet the #NS20 crew as they prepare for their journey to space”.
At the moment, the mission is right on-track for its launch at 7PM.
