Fear 5G mobile? Don't ever buy this jewellery, it is dangerous
Those who fear 5G mobile networks received a warning from the Dutch authority on radiation about 10 harmful products.
5G mobile networks have always been under the spotlight as many people fear its impact on health. 5G mobile networks have been blamed for various illnesses over the last few years. Some argue that the 5G mobile networks cause an adverse impact on health, but others say it is completely safe. In order to protect people from 5G mobile networks, some companies try to take advantage of this fear of 5G in people by offering to sell products that will protect them from the 5G radiation. This is in the form of jewellery like necklaces and accessories. However, now, in a major development, it has been found that the the jewellery advertised to protect people from 5G have actually been found to expose wearers to radiation.
The Dutch authority on nuclear safety and radiation (ANVS) has issued a warning informing about ten products that it identified gave harmful ionising radiation. Meanwhile it can be noted that there is no evidence that 5G networks are harmful to health. As per a report by BBC, the World Health Organization says 5G mobile networks are safe, and not fundamentally different from existing 3G and 4G signals. Mobile networks use non-ionising radio waves that do not damage DNA.
These jewellery products that are being sold, like sleeping mask, bracelet bands and necklaces, have been found in a test to contain very harmful nuclear radioactive materials and are therefore, continuously emitting ionising radiation. According to a report by dailymail.co.uk, one of the bracelets listed was to be worn by children even.
"Exposure to ionising radiation can cause adverse health effects. Due to the potential health risk they pose, these consumer products containing radioactive materials are therefore prohibited by law. Ionising radiation can damage tissue and DNA and can cause for example a red skin. Only low levels of radiation have been measured on these specific products. However, someone who wears a product of this kind for a prolonged period ( a year 24 hours a day) could expose themselves to a level of radiation that exceeds the stringent limit for skin exposure that applies in the Netherlands," the statement quoted by dailymail.co.uk, said.
ANVS further said that in order to avoid any risk, owners of such items should not wear them from now on. People have also been warned not to throw the accessories away with regular waste as they have to be disposed by using different methods due to the danger of radiation to other people.
