Microsoft to reveal motocross download
Microsoft Studios' Play XBLA blog is teasing a new stunt racer for the Xbox 360 download service, likely the recently trademarked Avatar Motocross Madness.
Microsoft Studios' Play XBLA blog is teasing a new stunt racer for the Xbox 360 download service, likely the recently trademarked Avatar Motocross Madness.
The revelation is a little surprising given the platform holder's previous hesitation at signing stunt-em-up Joe Danger in such close proximity to the 360 exlusive Trials HD.
Joe Danger eventually made it to the Xbox Live Arcade, after enjoying a year and a half on PlayStation 3, and it seems that those prior reservations are no longer an issue: Avatar Motocross Madness pokes its head over the parapet not long after April's Trials Evolution accumulated half a million sales.
Whatever the reason, Avatar Motocross Madness is nailed on for an official announcement during E3 and, should it contain Kinect motion-based controls, would distinguish itself from the current crop of bike games while smartly slotting in to Microsoft marketing strategy.
