Realme GT 5G price, and more details leaked ahead of launch

Realme GT 5G is slated to launch in markets outside China. It is expected to launch in Europe first then hit other markets including India. Ahead of its rumoured launch, Realme GT 5G has leaked revealing its price, configurations and colour options.

The latest leak on the Realme GT 5G comes from tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore who shared the details on Twitter. Realme GT 5G is said to come in two colour options of Blue Glass and Yellow (Vegan Leather). It will be available in two configurations of 8GB RAM + 128GB storage, and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage. As for the pricing, Realme GT 5G is said to cost 400 euros ( ₹35,700 approx) for the base model and 450 euros ( ₹40,200 approx) for the 12GB variant.

Realme is yet to announce the launch dates for the 5G smartphone but the company is hosting a global 5G summit tomorrow where it could announce the phone. The Realme 5G summit is also taking place in India on June 10 so we can expect a similar announcement on this day as well.

In terms of specs, Realme GT 5G features a 6.43-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888 processor paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It is also equipped with the Adreno 660 GPU that adds 30% graphic performance improvement. Realme GT 5G also features the VC Boost Stainless Steel Cooling System - which is a new 3D vapor cooling tech that comes with reduced thickness and higher heat dissipation efficiency and uses a stainless steel internal microstructure.

On the Realme GT 5G you get a triple rear camera setup with a 64-megapixel Sony IMX682 primary sensor, an 8-megapixel wide angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. For selfies, the smartphone features a 16-megapixel front camera. The smartphone is fueled by a 4,500mAh battery with support for 65W fast charging.
