Samsung Galaxy S20+ BTS edition India launch on July 2, pre-orders start on July 1

Samsung Galaxy S20+ BTS edition is launching in India on July 2. There’s no word on the Galaxy Buds+ BTS edition yet.

Samsung India tweeted the announcement earlier today but didn’t reveal the price of the phone. Pre-booking for the Galaxy S20+ BTS edition will start on July 1 in India. Samsung launched the BTS editions of Galaxy S20+ and Galaxy Buds+ earlier this month. It went on sale in markets like the US, South Korea, and Singapore. The Galaxy S20+ BTS edition event went out of stock in just one hour since its launch.

The 5G model of Galaxy S20+ also comes with the BTS branding but in India, Samsung will most likely get only the 4G variant. Even with the regular S20 series only the 4G variants are available in India. Galaxy S20+ is priced at ₹77,999 in India.

The Galaxy S20+ BTS edition is purple in colour with the K-Pop group’s logo and a heart iconography on the camera module. It also has BTS themes that come pre-installed on the phone. Samsung is also shipping the phone with BTS posters for customers who pre-order it.

Similarly, the Galaxy Buds+ BTS edition is also purple in colour with the band’s logo on one earbud and the heart symbol on the other. The Samsung Gear app will also have an exclusive BTS theme to go along with the wireless earbuds. That’s not all. Samsung has also made a BTS edition of its wireless charging pad that’s shipping bundled with the Galaxy Buds+. This is again for those customers who pre-order the device.
