Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra smartphone will finally go on sale today; availability limited

Xiaomi’s flagship smartphone Mi 11 Ultra will finally be available for purchase in India. Xiaomi launched the Mi 11 Ultra in India back in April but the smartphone hasn’t gone on sale yet. Mi 11 Ultra will finally go on its first sale in India today at 12 noon. The smartphone will however be available in limited quantities. Xiaomi has also opened up pre-registrations for the Mi 11 Ultra sale on its website.

Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra is the company’s most expensive phone in India yet with a price tag of ₹69,999. Since the Mi 11 Ultra will be available in limited quantities, it’s best to pre-register for the sale on Xiaomi’s website. You can pre-register by logging in to mi.com with your Mi ID, and after which you will have to purchase an “ultra gift card” worth ₹1,999 that you can redeem while purchasing the Mi 11 Ultra. The gift card also comes with two free screen replacements, an extra F-Code, Times Prime annual membership and Mi 11 Ultra merchandise, Superfan box.

Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra displays

Mi 11 Ultra has two displays with the secondary one placed at the back which is a 1.1-inch AMOLED Always On display. This screen works as a viewfinder for the rear camera, and it also displays call notifications, time, battery level and more. Up front, the smartphone features a 6.81-inch WQHD+ Samsung E4 AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus.

The Mi 11 Ultra is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor, and it packs a 5,000mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging, 67W wireless charging and 10W reverse charging. Mi 11 Ultra comes with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

In the photography department, the handset sports a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 48-megapixel 128-degree ultra-wide camera and a 48-megapixel periscope lens with 120x zoom. In addition, the Mi 11 Ultra has 10x Hybrid zoom.
