Ubisoft launches Tom Clancy’s Elite Squad RPG game for Android, iOS users
As a part of the gameplay, you will be making your own team including Tom Clancy characters and face your opponents in an online PvP battle mode.
Ubisoft didn’t just show the new gameplay of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla or a deep dive of WatchDogs Legion during the Ubisoft Forward event, but also introduced something for the mobile gamers. Called Tom Clancy’s Elite Squad, the free to play RPG gaming app includes all the main Tom Clancy characters in a single title. As a part of the gameplay, you will be making your own team including Tom Clancy characters and face your opponents in an online PvP battle mode.
The company has also posted a trailer video on YouTube revealing some more about the Android game. It shows some of the characters in the game and how they are unique from others. However, the exact story line or the number of features is not known yet. We are also yet to see how Ubisoft manages to monetise it.
The characters, as the website mentions, will be from Rainbox Six, Ghost Recon, The Division and Splinter Cell and the game will have a Campaign mode as well. There will also be PvP mode as we mentioned above alongside Guild vs Guild mode.
Tom Clancy’s Elite Squad will be coming to both Android and iOS. For now, you can register yourself for the Android version. Ubisoft is yet to give more details on this though.
At its Ubisoft Forward event, the game developer and publisher announced that its much awaited Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will be launching on November 17. Watch Dogs Legions will be coming on October 29, while Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint will release a new title update (version 2.1.0) on July 15. However, the highlight of the event was the Far Cry 6 title that will be coming on February 18, 2021.
