Oppo launched the Reno 3 series smartphones consisting of the Oppo Reno 3 and the Reno 3 Pro smartphones back in December last year. Now, word is that the company is planning to launch its next generation Reno 4 smartphones soon.

Images of the upcoming Oppo Reno 4 have surfaced on Weibo. These images reveal key details about the design of the Reno 4 smartphone. They also give us a sneak peek into some of the key specifications of the next generation Reno smartphone. The images reveal that the Oppo Reno 4 will be available in Blue and Orange colour variants and that they will come with a vertically stacked quad-rear camera setup that rests on a rectangular surface. The rear camera setup will also get an ‘Ultra Steady' feature.

The back of the phone also has the words ‘Oppo' and ‘Glow' inscribed vertically on the right side. At this moment it remains uncertain what the Glow moniker signifies. We'll wait for more details to pour in to say more about it.

Coming to other details, the phone will feature support for 5G connectivity and come with 65W fast charging. Additionally, the phone will come with a Super Night Video, which could be the night mode for videos.

Interestingly, the leaked image tells us nothing about the phone's display, which means we don't know if the Reno 4 will come with a punch-hole display or a dew-drop notch. We also don't know other details about the phone such as its storage space, the RAM and its processor. However, a report by SparrowsNews hints that the phone could come with a 90Hz display and be launched in June. That said, these reports should be taken with a pinch of salt. And so, we will have to wait for more details to pour in to say anything about the upcoming Reno 4 smartphone.
