Apple iPhone 14 launch is just five days away as it is expected to be unveiled on September 7. So far, all the leaks and rumours that we heard have contributed to the notion that the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will get major upgrades. Whether it is cameras, new punch-hole design, or a much more powerful A16 Bionic chipset, the Pro models are definitely getting massive upgrades. The differences between the plain vanilla iPhone 14 and the Pro models are surely many. But that is no reason for you to be disappointed as there are some things that are special about the iPhone 14 this year and these are reasons enough to actually buy the phone. iPhone 14 and its upgrades

Earlier, Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo claimed that the iPhone 14 Pro models will feature the new A16 chipset. Since then, this has been echoed by other sources. However, multiple reports from reliable sources have also confirmed that the iPhone 14 is expected to feature the same A15 Bionic chip as last year's iPhone 13 models. If this happens, it will be a major shift from Apple's strategy to equip its latest iPhones with different chipsets. But here's a twist!

Despite the fact that the same chipset will power the standard iPhone 14, it will still have slightly better performance than the iPhone 13. A leakster known as ShrimpApplePro suggested that due to a new cellular modem and a new internal design, among other changes, the iPhone 14 will have a performance boost over the iPhone 13 series.

Over and above that, it is expected to feature the upgraded version of the A15 Bionic chipset available in the iPhone 13 Pro models, rather than the iPhone 13. Plus, all of the upcoming iPhone models are expected to feature 6GB of memory, which is 2GB more than the current iPhone 13.

Another factor is the price. The latest leak from a market intelligence company, TrendForce, predicted that the entry-level iPhone 14 will start from $749, which is even less than the iPhone 13 launch price. If that is true, then the iPhone 14 will have this major reason too to buy the phone.
