Realme GT Neo Gaming price and specs leaked online; phone could be launched soon

Realme GT was recently announced in India. The smartphone is already tipped to get another edition of the Realme GT Neo Gaming, which is reportedly under development. It could be launched soon. A tipster has shared key specifications, price and design details of the device. The smartphone could be an offshoot of the Realme GT Neo. While the GT Neo is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC, the Realme GT Neo Gaming could be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset. Realme GT series has a GT Neo Flash Edition as well, which packs some upgrades over the standard Realme GT Neo.
According to tipster Rudhra Nandu who tweeted key details about the Realme GT Neo Gaming phone, the device will be launched in the global market soon in two configurations – 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variants. The former could be priced at $499 (approx. ₹36,400), while the latter might be priced at $599 (approx. ₹43,800). Please note that these are just direct conversions of the rumoured price in Rs.
As per the leaked specifications, the Realme GT Neo Gaming is likely to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC. It could sport a triple rear camera setup. The optics might be led by a 64MP primary camera. The Reame GT Neo Gaming is rumoured to feature a gaming design with extra shoulder buttons. The display is also said to have support for a high refresh rate. It is likely to have a 120Hz refresh rate.
The render attached to the tweet purportedly shows the back panel design of the Realme GT Neo Gaming. We can make out from the render that the upcoming phone has a completely different camera module design than of the Realme GT Neo and Realme GT Neo Flash Edition. It comes equipped with two large sensors sitting one below the other. Further, there is a small sensor sitting on the side. All of this is housed inside a rectangular-shaped module. The back panel also seems to have a unique design with gradient hues. Notably, there is no official information regarding the launch of the smartphone.
