Apple's senior vice president revealed on John Gruber's 'The Talk Show' that Apple Music has surpassed 11 million subscribers.

The figure is apparently 10 percent higher than the figure company revealed during its earnings call two weeks ago, when it was announced that 10 million users have signed-up for the company's music streaming service.

Apple officially announced Apple Music at its WWDC event back in June for iOS. The app then arrived on Android in November. Apple Music is a music streaming service that allows users to listen to any song available in the iTunes library.

That's quite a remarkable start given the fact that the service is barely an year old. Users are initially offered the music streaming service on a three month trial basis. After the trial period is over, users are choose between a family or individual service. Currently, Apple charges ₹ 120 and ₹ 190 for single user and family plans respectively.

Apart from Apple Music numbers, it was also revealed that Apple's iCloud service now has a user base of 782 million users. Apple's iMessage send 200,000 messages per second, over 750 million transactions occur every week on the App Store and iTunes, while Siri handles billions of user queries every week.
