BSNL extends the availability of its ₹499 Bharat Fiber Plan in select circles
BSNL has extended the availability of the ₹499 plan until September 9.
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) had launched its Bharat Fiber broadband plans back in January this year. Now the company has extended the availability of the ₹499 plan in select circles.
The state-run telecom company has extended the availability of its ‘300GB Plan CS337' that offers 300GB at a speed of 40Mbps and is now valid till September 9, details of which are available on its website. This extension, as per a report by Telecom Talk, is available in select circles including West Bengal, Sikkim and Kolkata.
A similar plan with a slightly different name, ‘300GB_CS337_CUL_MONTHLY', that is available in the company's Rajasthan circle has also been extended. The validity of this plan has been extended up to September 2, 2020.
As far as the details are concerned, both the plans offer 300GB of data at a speed of 40Mbps. Once this limit has been exhausted, the speed of the connection drops to 1Mbps. In addition to the data benefits, the plan also offers unlimited data download and unlimited local and national calls to any network within the country.
It is worth noting that this is the second time that BSNL is extending the availability of its Bharat Fiber Plan. Prior to this, the company had extended the availability of its ₹499 plan to June 29 in some circles such as Goa and Maharashtra, while in other circles such as Rajasthan, the availability had been extended till May 4.
