Huawei MateBook X, MateBook 14, FreeBuds Pro and FreeLace Pro announced

The Chinese tech firm says that these will add to its 1+8+N ecosystem and bring a more connected experience.

Huawei has launched a bunch of products at its Seamless AI Life New Products Global Launch event. This includes the Watch GT 2 Pro and Watch FIT alongside the MateBook X, MateBook 14 laptops, FreeBuds Pro and FreeLace Pro audio products. The Chinese tech firm says that these will add to its 1+8+N ecosystem and bring a more connected experience.

Huawei MateBook X

MateBook X is touted for its lightweight design (under 1kg) and 13.6mm thickness. The device is said to be smaller than the A4 size paper. It has a 3K Infinite FullView display with touch gesture support and Fingers Gesture Screenshot feature. This lets you take a screenshot by swiping downwards on the screen with three fingers, just like you do in a smartphone. Some other features mentioned are improved Multi-screen Collaboration, Huawei Share tag embedded into the 26% larger touchpad, Intel 10th-gen core processor, full-size keyboard and support for Wi-Fi 6.

Huawei MateBook 14

The MateBook 14's highlight is said to be its portable design and ‘powerful' performance. It comes with the AMD Ryzen 4000 H Series processor, Huawei Shark Fin Fans to control the thermals, 2K HUAWEI FullView display and multi-screen collaboration feature.

Huawei FreeBuds Pro

The FreeBuds Pro is claimed as world's first true wireless stereo (TWS) earphones to support ‘intelligent' dynamic noise cancellation. They can identify the type of ambient noise based on the user's immediate surroundings and switch between three profiles – General, Cosy and Ultimate for an optimal noise cancelling performance. It also supports dual connection between Android, iOS and Windows.

Huawei FreeLace Pro

This neckband earphone supports noise cancellation up to 40dB, 14mm aluminium-magnesium alloy dynamic drivers, Huawei HiPair pairing and quick charge. A five-minute charge is said to give up to five hours of music playback.
