    Infinix on Wednesday launched a new smartphone in India. Infinix Hot 6 Pro carries a price tag of 7,999, and it will be available starting exclusively via Flipkart.

    Infinix Hot 6 Pro comes in three colour options of bordeaux red, sandstone black, and magic gold. This is the latest product by Infinix under the company's Hot smartphone series. Infinix has so far released phones under other series including Note, Hot S, and Zero.

    Infinxi Hot 6 Pro features a 5.99-inch HD+ display with a 2.5D glass on top. The smartphone's full display offers 18:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood of the phone runs Qualcomm's Snapdragon 425 quad-core processor clocked at 1.4GHz. Infinix Hot 6 Pro comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable storage.

    In the photography department, Infinix Hot 6 Pro sports a dual-camera setup comprising of a 13-megapixel and 2-megapixel camera. The rear cameras come with dual LED flash, portrait mode, professional mode, and more. For selfies, there's a 5-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture, softlight flash and bokeh mode.

    The smartphone is fuelled by a 4,000mAh battery, and runs custom XOS 3.2 based on Android Oreo. The smartphone is claimed to offer 12 hours of uninterrupted video playback and 37 hours of music playback. Its connectivity options include dual SIM support, 4G VoLTE and ViLTE, 3.5mm audio jack, Bluetooth 4.1, and Wi-Fi. The smartphone also features face unlock and a rear fingerprint sensor.
