Lenovo on Wednesday launched six Android-based smartphones for the Indian market with a price range of 8,689-32,999 as the PC major seeks to tap a larger share of the Indian smarphone market dominated by Samsung, Apple and Nokia.

Lenovo on Wednesday launched six Android-based smartphones for the Indian market with a price range of 8,689-32,999 as the PC major seeks to tap a larger share of the Indian smarphone market dominated by Samsung, Apple and Nokia.

'Our retail footprint has grown to 3,000 retail stores since we launched our first range of smartphone last year,' said Amar Babu, managing director, Lenovo India.
