Chloe Bridgewater, a seven-year old girl from UK, has written a letter to Google CEO Sundar Pichai asking for a job but she wasn't expecting a reply.

In a surprising turn of events, Sundar Pichai, who Chloe addresses as "Dear Google Boss" in her letter, replied to the letter asking young Bridgewater to keep working hard, follow her dreams and then formally apply to Google after she is finished with school.

According to a report in Business Insider, Chloe had written the letter after being encouraged by her dad Andy Bridgewater. When Chloe had asked her dad about ideal places to work, Andy told Chloe that Google was one of them as the company is known for its perks and cutting-edge work in technology.

Andy also told Chloe that if she wants to be a part of Google, then she has to start early. This made Chloe write the letter in her own way. In the letter, Chloe wrote that she liked computers, robots, and tablets, and was a good student in school. Apart from working at Google, she also wants to work at a chocolate factory and swim at the Olympics. She added that the only other letter she wrote was to Father Christmas.

Pichai, on the other hand, replied by thanking Chloe for her letter. "I'm glad that you like robots and computers, and hope that you will continue to learn about technology. I think that if you keep working hard and following your dreams, you can accomplish everything that you set your mind to - from working at Google to swimming in the Olympics. I look forward to receiving your job application when you are finished with school. All the best to you and your family," Pichai wrote in his reply.

Andy posted Pichai's response on LinkedIn and said that "it's a much-needed confidence booster for Chloe, who was knocked down by a car years ago." Andy also said that he would encourage Chloe to develop her skills and focus on her studies to fulfil her goal of working at Google in the future.
