Apple macOS Big Sur. (Apple)

In case you were waiting to download the new iOS 14.3 Beta 1, iPad 14.3 Beta 1, watchOS 7.2 Beta 1 and tvOS 14.3 Beta 1, they might not be able to do it anymore. That is because Apple has pulled up the updates for now. The firm has not given any reason for pulling up the OS version. Some say it is because of the numerous issues while others say it may have been seeded mistakenly. This move comes a day after macOS Big Sur users faced problems while updating it and posting it on social media. Many were even losing all their data on MacBooks after updating it to the latest version.

According to Macrumours, Apple's notary server for Mac apps might be facing issues as well including iMessage and Maps outages. In addition, Apple Pay and Apple Card are also impacted. So, for now, it is not for sure when the new software betas will reach the developers.

Not sure which
laptop to buy?

In case you aren’t aware, many Mac users reported on Thursday that their computers have been slower than usual with apps launching slow, or not at all in some cases, along with other Apple service issues.

It looks like the problem was due to many users rushing to download macOS Big Sur, which officially released on Thursday. This rush may have crashed Apple’s OCSP (online certificate status protocol) service which is used for several key aspects of macOS including the validation of digital certificates for Apple and third-party software on the Mac.
