LG launches UltraGear gaming monitor in India: Check price, specs here

LG today launched a new gaming monitor in India. The newly launched gaming monitor is a part of the company’s UltraGear series and it costs ₹59,990 in India.

Coming to the features, the newly launched UltraGear 27GN950 gaming laptop comes with a 27-inch display with a 144hz refresh rate, 1ms (GtG) response time, 16:9 aspect ratio and UHD 4K resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels. It comes with a four side borderless display and V-wing shaped adjustable stand with a flexible design, which the company says adapts with the environment and gaming style.

It offers a colour gamut of DCI-P3 98% along with a peak brightness of 400nits. Coming to the colours, LG’s newly launched gaming monitor comes with a contrast ratio of 1000:1 and a viewing angle of 178-degrees.

The device also comes with Dynamic Action Sync technology, which the company says reduces input lag, a Black Stabilizer that improves clarity in darker areas, and a crosshair that is said to elevate aiming in the game. It also features VESA Display Stream Compression (DSC) Technology along with the capacity to cover 10bit colour by a single DisplayPort connection.

Additionally, it features Nano IPS technology that supports express high-fidelity colour for reproducing vivid scenes, and VESA Display HDR600 technology that provides a stunning visual immersion with sharp details and true and dynamic high-contrast HDR. It also has NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatibility and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro technologies that reduce screen tearing and stutter for a smoother and faster gaming experience.

As far as connectivity is concerned, LG’s newly launched gaming monitor comes with two HDMI ports, a display port, a USB upstream port, and two USB downstream ports for seamless connectivity.
