Xiaomi made a debut in the area of gaming monitors last year by launching two monitors, one with a 34-inch display and the other with a 23.8-inch display. This year the company took this tradition forward by launching a gaming monitor with a 27-inch display in China.
Xiaomi made the announcement regarding its newly launched gaming monitor via a post on Weibo. And as per the details shared by the company, its newly launched 27-inch gaming monitor costs 2199 Yuan ( ₹23,580 approximately) in China. However, it will be available at a price of 1899 Yuan ( ₹20,360 approximately) via the company’s crowdfunding platform. The device will go on sale via Xiaomi’s Mall site on June 17 at 10AM local time.
Coming to the features, Xiaomi’s newly launched 27-inch gaming monitor comes with an IPS panel with a resolution of 2560x1440 pixels. It offers a refresh rate of 165Hz and a response time of 1 ms. Additionally, the gaming monitor offers a 95% DCI-P3 color gamut along with a peak brightness of 400 nits.
In terms of the ports, the 27-inch gaming monitor comes with a DisplayPort, HDMI ports, a 3.5 mm headphone jack and a USB 3.0 port. It comes with a 3-year warranty, GizmoChina reported.
