Price to specs, know all about Mi Notebook Pro X 15 that was launched by Xiaomi today

In a sea of smartphones, when a notebook or a laptop launch appears on the horizon, it instantly becomes an eye-ball grabber. That is happening in recent weeks with the Realme Book laptop and now Xiaomi has gone ahead and launched its very own notebook. In fact, the company is expanding its notebook portfolio quite rapidly. Earlier this year, the company launched the Mi Notebook Pro 14 and the Mi Notebook Pro 15. Today, Xiaomi has added another notebook to its Pro portfolio. The newly launched notebook, Mi Notebook Pro X 15, packs top of the line features such as Intel’s 11th generation processor, OLED display and Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 Ti graphics and more.

Mi Notebook Pro X 15 price and availability

The Mi Notebook Pro X 15 costs CNY 7,999 ( ₹92,100 approx.) for the variant with the Intel Core i5-11300H processor, 16GB of RAM, and 512GB of storage space.The other variant with the Intel Core i7-11370H processor, 32GB of RAM and 1TB of storage costs CNY 9,999 ( ₹1,15,100 approx.). Both the variants are available for pre-bookings on Xiaomi’s platform in China. They will go on sale in the country starting July 9.

As far as global availability is concerned, there is no word on when the Mi Notebook Pro X 15 will be available in markets around the globe.

The Mi Notebook Pro X 15 laptop features a 15.6-inch OLED display with a 15.6-inch OLED display with a resolution of 3,456 x 2,160 pixels and a refresh rate of 60Hz. It comes with Gorilla Glass protection and it offers 600 nits of peak brightness along with 100% sRGB colour gamut.

Coming to the processor, the newly launched Mi Notebook Pro X 15 processor is available in two variants -- one with the Intel Core i7-11370H processor with a 4.8GHz clock speed and the other with the Intel Core i5-11300H processor with a 4.4GHz boost clock.

These processors are paired with the Nvidia RTX 3050Ti graphics, up to 32GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage space. Users also get dual-fan cooling and a large copper heatsink.

Lastly, the battery. The Mi Notebook Pro X 15 packs a 80Wh battery with 130W USB-C charging. For connectivity, it has a USB-C port, a Thunderbolt 4 port, two USB-A ports, an HDMI 2.1 port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It also features support for Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 support.
