Apple iPhone 11 Pro

Apple’s iPhones are known to have one of the best cameras among smartphones. The iPhone 11 Pro and Pro Max are Apple’s best offerings yet. The iPhone 11 Pro series does not boast of super-high megapixel count in their camera sensors. You get triple 12-megapixel cameras with ultra-wide, wide and telephoto lenses. There’s a 12-megapixel selfie camera up front.

Both phones have dual optical image stabilisation, depth control, and next-gen smart HDR. Apple also uses the A13’s neural engine to add better texture, detail and reduce noise in photos taken with poor lighting conditions. iPhone 11 Pro starts at 1,06,600 while the Pro Max has a starting price of 1,17,100.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra

Heard of 108-megapixel camera phones? Yes, the Galaxy S20 Ultra is one of them. The smartphone has a quad-camera setup with a 108-megapixel primary sensor, 48-megapixel telephoto lens, 12-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens, and a VGA ToF sensor. Galaxy S20 Ultra also has this 100X Space Zoom, and you can shoot videos in 8K. It also boasts a 40-megapixel camera for selfies. The smartphone is also equipped with EIS and OIS. Galaxy S20 Ultra is priced at 97,999.

Xiaomi Mi 10

If you still want a 108-megapixel camera phone but your budget is lower than the Mi 10 is recommended. The 108-megapixel primary sensor is accompanied by a 13-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens, 2-megapixel depth sensor and 2-megapixel macro lens. Some of its camera features include portrait mode background blurring and adjustment, HDR, night mode and 8K video recording at 30fps. For selfies, Mi 10 has a 20-megapixel front camera. Mi 10 is one of the most affordable in the lot with a price tag of 49,999.

Vivo X50 Pro

Vivo X50 Pro is touted as the world’s first phone with a gimbal camera. The phone’s 48-megapixel primary sensor comes with gimbal stabilisation so no more shaky videos. You get three more rear sensors with a combination of 13MP+8MP+8MP. There’s a 32-megapixel camera up front for selfies. Vivo X50 Pro doesn’t have flagship-level specs like the other contenders in the list but the cameras aren’t a compromise. Vivo X50 Pro is priced at 49,990.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra

Like the Galaxy S20 Ultra, the Note 20 Ultra also comes with a 108-megapixel wide-angle camera but with a lower 50X Space Zoom. There’s also a 12-megapixel ultra wide and a 12-megapixel telephoto lens at the rear. It has a 10-megapixel punch-hole camera for selfies. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also supports 8K video recording, and has this ‘Super Steady’ mode to reduce shakiness in videos. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra joins the iPhone 11 Pro with a price tag of 1,04,999.

Google Pixel 4a

Google's Pixel phones have proved you can do with a single camera sensor. That's all thanks to Google's crazy computational photography. Google Pixel 4 is the best bet in the flagship segment but since that's not coming to India, Pixel 4a is the next best option. It has a 12.2-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel selfie camera. Google Pixel 4a hasn't launched in India yet but it's coming this October.
