WhatsApp is back! WhatsApp outage, which lasted some 120 minutes, is finally over. But not before the app's shocked users took to social media to collectively shout, Crazy kar diya re! WhatsApp has restored its services across app, web client and desktop app, but for some, it may still be down.

The outage is the longest of the year, and second only to the October 5, 2021 outage when WhatsApp became unresponsive for around 6 hours. The global outage affected countries like India, UK, Turkey, Italy, Indonesia and others. (Unsplash)

The restoration was reported starting at 2:15 PM IST, however, some users are still reporting that the app is not working for them. (WhatsApp)
