All you need to open any chat windows on WhatsApp web and select a sticker by clicking the attachment symbol. (Mint_Print)

Once you do that, it will pop up the File Explorer window of your device, that will ask you to pick an image from the device that you want to convert into a WhatsApp sticker. (Mint_Print)
