Airtel Xstream Bundle launched with unlimited broadband data, access to TV channels, OTT apps

Airtel on Sunday announced the launch of Airtel Xstream Bundle under which it is combining broadband data and access to TV channels and OTT apps in one box. The company has also launched multiple plans which start at ₹499.

Select plans also feature free access to Disney+ Hotstar, Amazon Prime Video, and Zee5. The Airtel Xstream bundle is available to customers starting September 7, 2020.

Airtel Xstream Box

The core of the service is the Airtel Xstream 4K TV Box, worth ₹3,999. The smart box converts any TV into a smart TV. The box gives access to all the Live TV channels along with video streaming apps. The box runs on Android 9.0 and comes bundled with a remote that supports Google Assistant voice search.

Airtel says the Android 4K TV Box offers 550 TV channels and OTT content from the Airtel Xstream app that includes over 10,000 movies and shows aggregated across 7 OTT apps and 5 studios into one.

Airtel Xstream Bundle data plans

Airtel is offering as many as five data plans. The base plan is priced at ₹499. It gives 40Mbps data speed with unlimited data and calls. The plan comes bundled with access to Airtel Xstream OTT app.

The ₹799 plan comes with 100Mbps data speed with the same unlimited data and calls. It also includes access to Airtel Xstream OTT app.

The ₹999 plan comes with 200Mbps data speed with unlimited data and calls. Freebies include Airtel Xstream OTT app, Disney+Hotstar, Amazon Prime Video and Zee5.

Other top two plans are priced at ₹1,499 and ₹3,999. The plans offer 300Mbps and 1Gbps data speeds respectively. Freebies include unlimited data and calls and Airtel Xstream OTT app, Disney+Hotstar, Amazon Prime Video and Zee5.
