Asus India launches new ZenBook, VivoBook laptops with AMD Ryzen 5000 U-series SoCs

The ZenBook 13 OLED (UM325UA) starts at 79,990, while the VivoBook S S14 (M433), VivoBook Ultra K14/K15 and VivoBook Flip 14 (TM420) start at 65,990, 58,990 and 59,990 respectively. The VivoBook 15 (M515) and VivoBook 17 (M712) come at 54,990 and 62,990 respectively.

Asus has launched a bunch of new laptops under its ZenBook and VivoBook in India. Powered by AMD Ryzen 5000 U-Series, these laptops are meant for light gaming and heavy working loads like video rendering, photo editing or 3-D design creation. The list includes ZenBook 13 OLED (UM325UA), VivoBook S S14 (M433), VivoBook Ultra K14/K15 (KM413/KM513), VivoBook Flip 14 (TM420), ASUS VivoBook 15 (M515) and VivoBook 17 (M712).

The ZenBook 13 OLED (UM325UA) starts at 79,990, while the VivoBook S S14 (M433), VivoBook Ultra K14/K15 and VivoBook Flip 14 (TM420) start at 65,990, 58,990 and 59,990 respectively. The VivoBook 15 (M515) and VivoBook 17 (M712) come at 54,990 and 62,990 respectively.

The premium ZenBook 13 OLED (UM325UA) has a Full HD NanoEdge OLED display and has 178-degree wide viewing angle with Pantone validation. It is backed by a 67Wh battery that is claimed to deliver up to 16 hours of battery life on a single charge. Weighing 1.11 kg, the new ZenBook has a built-in Intel WiFi 6 wireless chip along with Asus' tech including WiFi Master Technology, WiFi SmartConnect and WiFi Stabilizer.

The VivoBook S S14 (M433) is meant for light gaming and multitasking. It has a Full-HD LED NanoEdge display with 85% screen-to-body ratio and wide angle viewing support. The VivoBook Ultra K14/K15 (KM413/KM513) are an upgrade over their predecessor with the aforementioned AMD Ryzen 5000 U-series SoCs along with 8GB RAM and PCIe SSD solution. They have 14-inch and 15-inch Full HD NanoEdge displays as well.

VivoBook Flip 14 (TM420) has a 14-inch thin-bezel NanoEdge display with 82% screen-to-body ratio and touch support. It also supports Asus Pen, in case you want to use it for creative tasks. The pen is bundled in the pack and sticks onto the VivoBook Flip 14 lid for easy access. On the other hand, VivoBook 15 (M515) deals more with a modern and ‘stylish' look. It has a 15.6-inch Full HD two sided NanoEdge display with 83% screen-to-body ratio.

Finally, the VivoBook 17 (M712) is boasted for its compact design while sporting a display with 85% screen-to-body ratio. It also has the company's ErgoLift hinge that tilts the keyboard for a comfortable typing position.

A few of these laptops feature Asus Intelligent Performance technology or AIPT that is claimed to balance device's CPU Performance, system temperature, air flow, fan noise and power consumption.
