Bill Gates REVEALS what phone he uses and you will be SURPRISED!
Bill Gates is using a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 as his latest smartphone. He explains multiple reasons behind this.
Bill Gates, the co-founder of Microsoft, has been open about using Android phones as his main and only phone. He has always praised the Android ecosystem and stayed away from the walled garden of Apple's iOS ecosystem. But in a world where most high-end phones are folding into half, it is often interesting to learn what the world's most influential people are using at the moment. And hence, one user went ahead and asked Bill Gates what is the current phone he used. Remember, Gates in the past has rarely revealed the phone he uses.
And what does Gates reply? He uses a foldable smartphone, which was as expected. However, what is surprising is that Gates does not use any foldable smartphone that Microsoft makes! Not at all. Instead, his choice of a folding smartphone is the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3, which is currently the most widely available and premier folding smartphone in the world. And he has his reasons for using Samsung's premier foldable smartphone.

Bill Gates uses a Galaxy Z Fold 3!
Gates in his response on Reddit says, “I have an Android Galaxy Z Fold3. I try different ones. With this screen I can get by with a great portable PC and the phone and nothing else.”
Gates certainly has a point. We had ourselves used the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 for months and found it to be way more productive than a conventional smartphone. The Galaxy Z Fold 3 has a very practical main screen size and layout, and coupled with the versatile One UI interface, it makes for a practical handheld device.
Moreover, the Galaxy Z Fold 3, like most Samsung high-end smartphones, comes pre-installed with the Microsoft suite of apps and services. Hence, you can run MS Word, or Excel with a PC-like experience and view. The Z Fold 3 also supports the S Pen stylus, which adds an extra touch of practicality.
Sadly, Gates does not says what are the other phones he keeps trying. Other than Samsung, it is Motorola who is globally selling foldable smartphones, especially in the US. Huawei is making strides in the world of foldable smartphones but the devices are limited to Asian markets as of now. Xiaomi, Oppo, and some other Chinese brands are also making foldable smartphones but they don't sell them as widely as Samsung. And as for Apple, we may not be seeing an iPhone with a folding screen for at least a few more years.
