Infinix Hot 10S to launch in India on May 20: Here’s what we know so far

Infinix, the premium smartphone brand from Hong Kong-based TRANSSION Group, on Thursday released new details about its upcoming Hot 10S smartphone. The company said the upcoming phone would be available for purchase on Flipkart. The smartphone will come in four colour variants-Heart of Ocean, Morandi Green, 7-Degree Purple and 95-Degree Black.

The company also disclosed some specifications of the upcoming Hot 10S. According to Infinix, the handset comes with an improvised MediaTek Helio G85 chipset powered by the latest XOS 7.6 along with a Dar-Link technology for a superior and smooth gaming performance. It will run on the newest Google OS version Android 11. The phone will come in two memory variants: 4 GB RAM + 64GB Storage and 6GB RAM + 64GB Storage along with an expandable memory option of 256 GB.

As far as pricing goes, Infinix Hot 10S will be available under ₹10,000. “Priced under 10K, the all-new HOT 10S promises an array of top-notch features and tailor-made applications to ensure a next-level smartphone experience for the consumers. For more specifications, follow the Flipkart store page from May 16. So, be prepared to get your hands on the season's most uncompromised smartphone,” the company said in a release.

It is worth noting that Infinix Hot 10S is already listed on the company's website. The handset has a 6.82-inch HD+ TFT ‘Ultra Smooth Display'. It runs on Android 11 out-of-the-box and a MediaTek Helio G85 processor. According to the listing, the phone has 6GB of RAM and 128GB of built-in storage. It also houses a microSD card slot that supports expandable storage up to 256GB. A 6,000mAh battery powers the phone. It is said to deliver up to 62 days of standby time.

In the camera department, Infinix Hot 10S has a triple rear camera setup. It consists of a 48-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel sensor, and an AI lens. On the front, it houses an 8-megapixel selfie camera.

Infinix Hot 10S is scheduled to launch on May 20.
