Realme 7i to launch with Realme 7 on September 17

Realme 7i is expected to come with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 662 SoC, and a quad-camera setup.

Realme 7 and 7 Pro smartphones launched in India last week. The company is now scheduled to launch Realme 7i on September 17. The smartphone will be launched alongside the Realme 7 in Indonesia.

Realme Indonesia teased the launch of the new phone on Twitter. Realme 7 will most likely be the same phone that launches in Indonesia, but the Realme 7i could offer some different specs. The company has so far confirmed some of the specs for its upcoming phone. These include a quad-camera setup with a 64-megapixel primary sensor, MediaTek's Helio G95 chipset and a 5,000mAh battery. A 90Hz display with a punch-hole camera is also confirmed.

Realme 7i has also leaked online with a different processor that's the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC. The smartphone's quad-camera setup has a combination of 64 MP+8 MP+2 MP+2 MP. Realme 7i is also tipped to pack a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging. The smartphone will have a 6.5-inch HD+ display with 90Hz refresh rate.

The rumoured specs of Realme 7i are quite similar to what the Realme 7 offers. On the Realme 7, there's a 6.5-inch FHD+ 90Hz display, but the phone's powered by MediaTek's Helio G95 processor. It's also the same 5,000mAh battery but with support for 30W Dart Charge. Realme 7 also sports a 64-megapixel quad camera setup. Based on this Realme 7i will most likely be a lower version of the Realme 7.

The Realme 7 Pro comes with perks such as an AMOLED display, 65W fast charging speed and Qualcomm's Snapdragon 765G processor.
