It looks like Samsung Galaxy S21 smartphone series won't be the first ever to launch in 2021. The South Korean tech giant is planning to launch a new budget handset called Galaxy M02s in India on January 7 (1PM IST). The confirmation comes directly from Samsung via a video on YouTube with the title “Samsung Galaxy M02s: The first look.”
In the video we can see the handset sporting an Infinity-V notch at the top of the screen housing a single camera, along with the small chin at the bottom of the screen.
We also see triple rear cameras placed inside a rectangular enclosure. Samsung is using the tagline “Get ready to Max up” for the Galaxy M02s in the description of the YouTube video. Also, the company has confirmed some of the specifications of the upcoming device on its teaser website. As per the site, Galaxy M02s will feature or 6.5-inch HD+ display along with 4GB of RAM. The company says that this will be enough to “Max up your weeknights and gaming marathons.”

It is worth mentioning that previous Galaxy M handsets have been known for their battery performance. And going by the video description of this device, it looks like we can expect a good battery performance from this one as well.
In its teaser microsite, the form has revealed that the device will feature a 5000mAh battery and a Snapdragon processor for better gaming.
Rumours suggest that the handset will feature Qualcomm's Snapdragon 450 processor, 64GB storage and could be priced around ₹10,000 considering the predecessor, Galaxy M01 launched at ₹7,999.
