Samsung to launch Galaxy M01, M11 in India in June
Both the smartphones are likely to be priced under ₹10,000.
Samsung is planning to launch two new budget smartphones in India soon.
According to a report by 91Mobiles, both the smartphones, that is, the Samsung Galaxy M01 and the Galaxy M11, will be priced under ₹10,000 and they will make a debut in India in the first week of June. The report further states that both the phones will be available via both online and offline channels.
Samsung Galaxy M01 expected specs
Apart from sharing details about Samsung's plans of launching two new budget smartphones in India, the report also details the specification of the upcoming Galaxy M01 smartphone. The Galaxy M01 is likely to come with a 5.71-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 720 x 1560 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19:9. It is likely to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 chipset that is coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage space that can be expanded further using a microSD card.
In terms of the camera, the Galaxy M01 is likely to sport a dual camera setup consisting of a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor at the back and a 5-megapixel sensor in the front. The phone will run on a custom version of OneUI and be backed by a 4,000mAh battery.
Samsung Galaxy M11 specs
The Samsung Galaxy M11, on the other hand, made a debut earlier this year. It comes with a 6.4-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 720 x 1560 pixels. It is powered by an octa-core processor that is coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage space that can be expanded further via a microSD card.
In terms of the camera, the phone has a triple camera setup consisting of a 13-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel depth sensor and a 5-megapixel wide angle sensor at the back and an 8-megapixel sensor in the front. It is backed by a 5,000mAh battery and it features support for 15W fast charging.
