Google is backing 20 Indian startups as a part of its GFS Accelerator program

Google's latest batch of the selected startups comprises companies across key areas such as education, retail, mental health and wellness, healthtech, fintech and agritech and more.

Google India today announced that it will be backing a total of 20 Indian startups as a part of its Google for Startups (GFS) Accelerator program.

Google says that these 20 startups have been selected after carefully screening over 600 applicants and that they will receive three months of mentorship and support from the company's network of internal and external mentors. The ongoing support ranges from access to Google teams, tech guidance on projects, machine learning related support, UX and design mentorship, leadership workshops, networking opportunities at industry engagements, PR support and much more.

Google's latest batch of the selected startups comprises of companies across key areas such as education, retail, mental health and wellness, healthtech, fintech and agritech and more. “A warm welcome to the Class 4 of Google for Startup Accelerator India!,” the company wrote in a blog post.

The companies have been selected by Google for its four batch of accelerator program include antwak, BharatAgri, BlackLight, Games, Dcoder, Factors.in, Foxy.in, Gram Power, Inner Hour, Leher, Lokal, Math Buddy, Mera Cashier, Mosaic Wellness, MyHQ, Navia Life Care, Orowealth, Virohan, Wellthy Therapeutics, Womaniya and ZeoAuto.
