The website claims that it has a “no questions asked return and refund policy.
Reliance has begun expanding its JioMart e-commerce platform to more cities in India. The website focuses on delivering essential products only for now such as fruits, vegetables, dairy/bakery products, Beverages, personal care products and more. While we have talked at length about the service and some frequently asked questions like how to register yourself for it and what are payment methods, in this one, we are talking about the JioMart's return and refund policy.
The website claims that it has a “no questions asked return and refund policy,”meaning that customers can return the product at the time of delivery if they are not satisfied with its quality, freshness or its physical condition. JioMart website states that at the time of delivery, it will take back the product that you have ordered. If you have paid it already, the amount will be refunded to you via the same mode of payment, which can be debit card, credit card or netbanking. The amount can also be credited to the customer's store credit account that can be used for other purchases.
