Reliance JioMart’s official website is now live. Users in select cities can place their orders as well. Here’s everything you need to know about the payment options available on JioMart.
Reliance's latest e-commerce platform “JioMart” is now official. The platform is available through an official website and services to more cities across tier 1 and tier 2 in the country. Reliance had been running a pilot of the platform in areas near Mumbai for quite some time.
Reliance JioMart brings products from your nearby Kirana stores. The platform currently offers groceries such as dairy and bakery, staples, and other essentials such as home care and body care.
Reliance JioMart gives you multiple payment options. Let's take a closer look.
Cash on Delivery: Reliance JioMart supports Cash on Delivery. The maximum order value for CoD is ₹20,000.
“You can place your order with us either on our Website or over phone and choose any of our payment modes made available to you. In case of payment to be made offline, Buyer needs to pay the invoice amount in cash / coupon / card at the time of delivery of the Product at its doorstep/preferred location,” according to Reliance JioMart's terms and conditions.

“Orders will be processed for shipment/delivery upon selection of your preferred delivery location, date and time and confirmation by us. Reliance may change maximum order value of COD and items/locations available for COD without prior intimation,” it adds.
Card on Delivery: A mobile EDC machine may also be made available to allow you to make payment through credit or debit card. In case, the EDC is not able to collect the payment, say due to network condition or any other technical glitch, you will need to make the payment through cash.

Digital payment: Reliance JioMart supports credit cards, debit card, net banking, and wallet payment options. According to Reliance, JioMart supports most of the credit/debit cards issued in India.
