Galaxy A9, Samsung's first smartphone to feature four-rear cameras, will launch in India on November 20. The device was globally launched at an event in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia last month.
According to IANS, Samsung Galaxy A9 will be aggressively priced around ₹35,000 -- a price range where Chinese players like OnePlus and OPPO are firmly placed.
Targeted at millennials, Samsung will launch Galaxy A9 in new gradient colours -- Caviar Black, Bubble gum pink and Lemonade Blue.

Samsung Galaxy A9 2018 features a 6.3-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity display. The phone is powered by octa-core Snapdragon 660 coupled with 6GB/8GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage. It supports expandable storage up to 512GB via a microSD card.
Highlight of the phone is the four-rear camera setup that includes 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, 24-megapixel main sensor, 5-megapixel depth sensor and 10-megapixel telephoto sensor. On the front, it has a 24-megapixel sensor.
For software, Samsung Galaxy A9 runs Android 8 Oreo OS out-of-the-box. It is powered by a 3,800mAh battery. Other key features of the phone include Face Unlock, rear-facing fingerprint sensor, and Quick Charge 2.0 support.
Samsung Galaxy A9 will join the recently launched Galaxy A7 which features a triple-camera setup and side fingerprint sensor. Samsung Galaxy A7 2018 is available in India two variants -- 4GB + 64GB and 6GB+ 128GB, priced at ₹23,990 and ₹28,990 respectively.
