Microsoft rolled out its latest operating software variant, Windows 11, back in October 2021. But soon after its arrival, Windows 11 was slammed for its strict hardware requirements, which left many users struggling and even unable to download the OS at all. Microsoft said that, to update to Windows 11 on your computers or laptops, you require computer with an 8th-gen or newer Intel processor, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage device, TPM 2.0 UEFI, and Secure Boot feature. Well, rest may not be major issue but CPU requirements prevented many devices to upgrade to the latest operating system.

Well, if you are still using Windows 10 and unsure if your device meets the Windows 11 minimum system requirements then you can easily check by downloading the PC Health Check app, which will assess eligibility and identify components of your device that don't meet the minimum requirements. The app will also provide the info that details steps you can take to make your device meet the minimum system requirements for Windows 11. Here we have given a few hacks to Windows 11 system requirements.

How to bypass Windows 11 CPU requirements

Microsoft is aware of the problems that you are facing while installing the latest Windows 11 on your devices. Hence, the Windows 11 maker suggested an official hack for those people, whose devices are not compatible with Windows 11. Microsoft mentioned that you can manually modify the registry. To do so, follow these steps:

  • Windows+r and then type regedit.
  • After that navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\MoSetup
  • Then right-click on the left side and create a new DWORD (32-bit) Value.
  • Now you have to set its name to AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU and set its value to 1.
  • Well, if this doesn’t help you out or don’t want to make the changes manually then you can use Rufus, a third-party tool that makes it easy to create a USB drive to install Windows, according to Windows Latest. Additionally, Rufus can perform in-place upgrade to any Windows and can create a bootable Windows 11 media which can help you to bypass the TPM 2.0. Here’s how to use Rufus to bypass Windows 11 system requirements.
  • First, install Rufus 3.18 beta from Github
  • Then Download Windows 11 ISO
  • Insert a USB and then go with the “Standard Windows 11 Installation (TPM 2.0 + Secure Boot)” or “do not have TPM”
  • This will help you to install the Windows 11 on an unsupported hardware system.

Well, you need to note that for registry hack, if your computer doesn’t meet the TPM requirements then you will ultimately have to follow the Rufus trick to make your device compatible and to enjoy the Windows 11 experience.
