iPhone 13 DOES NOT have this feature that iPhone 12 and older models have

The iPhone 13 has been out for almost three months now and so far, it hasn't had the smoothest of beginnings. Umpteen bugs and issues have led Apple to consistently release fixes and patches, and yet, the iPhone 13 isn't the most stable iPhone compared to its predecessors. One of the many lingering issues with the iPhone 13 is the lack of the noise cancellation feature.

The iPhone 13 did not get the ambient noise cancellation feature at launch and even after three months, it hasn't arrived. The latest iOS 15.2 update did not bring it and the upcoming beta versions still don't have it. This is a feature that is staple on most smartphones these days, including the iPhone 12 and older iPhone models.

iPhone 13 does not get noise cancellation

The issue exists for the entire iPhone 13 series, including the iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max. Apple is yet to acknowledge the lack of the noise cancellation feature. On older iPhones, the feature can be enabled by heading into the Accessibility Settings.

The iPhone 13 series has all the hardware necessary for the noise cancellation feature to work. It has a similar number of microphones around the chassis to aid that. Apple, however, is yet to reveal a reason as to not include the noise cancellation feature.

The iPhone 13 series also got an update a month ago for fixing its connectivity issues. Despite the issues, there has been a high demand for the iPhone 13 series. Several retailers in India and global markets are selling the iPhone 13 series with notable discounts.

Currently, the Apple Days on Vijay Sales is slashing a few thousands of Rupees off the price of the iPhone 13 models. The iPhone 13 Mini and iPhone 13 are available with a price cut of ₹6,000 whereas the iPhone 13 Pro is available with a price cut of ₹5,000. The sale will go on until December 31, 2021.
