The iQOO 11 has finally launched in India and marks the first flagship smartphone announcement we get to see. Equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and a set of new camera sensors, the iQOO 11 aims to take on the likes of the iPhone 13, GooglePixel 7, and all the entry-level flagship phones. Unlike last year, there is just a single variant – no Pro variant and no affordable SE variant yet.

Before we take a peek at the specs, here is a quick look at the prices and sale date. The iQOO 11 5G goes on sale on January 12 at 12PM for Amazon Prime members. The phone will be open to sale for everyone from January 13. The base variant gets you 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, costing Rs. 59,999. The top-end variant with 16GB RAM and 256GB storage costs Rs. 64,999. HDFC Bank customers can get a discount of Rs. 5000 on this price.

iQOO is offering the phone in two colour variants. There is a Alpha colour variant that has anti-glare matte black glass fiber material. The Legend variant gets a fake leather finish in white, wearing the BMW Motorsport racing stripes.

iQOO 11 features at a glance

The iQOO 11 features a 6.7-inch 2K E6 AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 1800 nits and a refresh rate of up to 144Hz. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip is the star of the show here, which is accompanied by up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM. You still get FunTouch OS 13 based on Android 13 here but iQOO promises 3 years of Android OS updates and 4 years of security support.

The camera setup is where the iQOO 11 shines again. The triple rear camera setup uses a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL GN5 sensor with OIS. This is accompanied by a 13MP portrait camera with 2x zoom and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. The selfie camera uses a 16MP selfie camera. The V2 Imaging Chip also helps record clear 4K videos at night, says Vivo.

The iQOO 11 is using a dedicated cooling chamber to keep the temperatures under control. A 5000mAh capacity battery powers the phone and a 120W wired fast charging system fills up the battery to 50 percent in 8 minutes.
