Telegram has added a new feature which will let you take care of messages you don't want to keep, whether it is your own or sent by someone else.
The new update gives users more control over the "unsend" feature Telegram introduced two years back. Telegram has revoked the 48-hour limit to unsend messages and users can now delete it anytime they want. A major update coming to "unsend" is the ability to delete chats on other's phones as well. Essentially, it is like the one final weapon you can use to wipe out communication both from your own inbox and the inboxes of others.
The "Unsend Anything" feature is available on the updated version 5.5 of Telegram that is billed as offering more privacy to its users. Telegram introduced more features more feature with this update including anonymous forwarding. This feature lets users hide their identiy from other users on forwarded messages.
Telegram has also added a search tool in the Settings menu. Users can now search for specific categories in the Settings menu through the search tool. Users will also be able to search for Telegram FAQs through this tool. Telegram has also updated GIFs and Stickers, and expanded the search tool to emojis.
Users can preview GIFs before sending them with a long press and hold. Sticker packs on Telegram will now be available with icons making it easier to select them. Telegram users on Android will be able to search for emojis using specific keywords.
