Forget PUBG New State, fans want BGMI Lite more than anything else

Where is BGMI Lite? This is currently the most common question Indian mobile gamers are asking on social media and communities. It has been a few months since Krafton released BGMI in India as a modified version of PUBG Mobile post its ban. Hence, players have been expecting a BGMI Lite based PUBG Mobile Lite. Krafton has, however, remained tight-lipped on plans regarding this game.

Hence, fans of the game have been demanding the return of BGMI Lite. In fact, the discussions and hype surrounding Krafton’s upcoming PUBG New State seems to have left these people unaffected. PUBG New State is releasing on November 11 for both Android and iOS devices. But BGMI players have been seeking updates on BGMI Lite.

Fans want BGMI Lite back

One of the major reasons for BGMI Lite’s demand is the performance on entry-level and older devices. BGMI, which is based on PUBG Mobile, runs decently on midrange smartphone but for gamers stuck on older or entry-level Android smartphones, the gameplay experience isn’t as good.

Earlier, PUBG Mobile Lite was the the way to go for players seeking superior performance on older devices. PUBG Mobile Lite offered a similar gaming experience but better optimized for low-end devices. The game usually offered lower res textures and adjusted graphics quality to get the best out of entry-level Android smartphones.
