Good news! Ride a Ferrari in Fortnite, Epic Games just made it possible, buckle up!

Luxury cars are tough to get. Very tough. There is the problem of the hefty price tag that puts them out of reach of most people. Consider the recently-launched Ferrari 296 GTB. The price starts at $321,400 ( ₹2,39,29,644 approx.) and goes all the way to $360,900 ( ₹2,68,70,773 approx.) for the top variant. Safe to say that the car is out of reach of most people out there. However, there is some good news here for gamers! Epic Games has found a way to make Fortnite fans and followers to experience this awesome car.

Epic Games has announced that the Ferrari 296 GTB car is coming to Fortnite. “Get ready to feel the thrill of the ride...Buckle up and get ready to experience @Ferrari's new 296 GTB on the Island,” Fortnite wrote in a post on Twitter.

“The new #Ferrari296GTB has been designed to enhance Fun to Drive. And from tomorrow, it will also be Fun to Play on @FortniteGame,” Ferrari wrote in a Tweet. If you want to ride the newly launched Ferrari 296 GTB, then playing Fortnite is definitely the cheapest way of doing that.

Coming back to the game, Epic Games in a blog, while announcing this news, also listed this week’s quests. These quests are expected to put the players’ driving skills to test and include completing Ferrari time trials, reaching maximum speed in the Ferrari 296 GTB and driving it through a storm among others. In addition to this, the company said that Ferrari fans can ride in style with new item shop offerings. “The Ferrari Bundle includes the Modena Icon and Maranello Racer Outfits, as well as the Ferrari Turbo Back Bling,” the company wrote.

This update is already available in Fortnite. So, players shouldn’t waste any time and head straight towards the gaming arena.

It is worth noting that Fortnite isn’t new to partnerships. In the past, Epic Games has partnered with NFL teams, Marvel’s Avengers and even Nike’s Air Jordan shoes to bring elements from these partnerships to the game. But this is the first time that the company has partnered with a car-maker to bring a licensed car to the game.
