PUBG New State accounts blocked; gamers to get compensation

PUBG New State underwent an emergency maintenance on Thursday, November 25 for a short time due to an issue where in-game items could be mistakenly claimed by certain accounts. As per the information provided by Krafton in a release, the accounts affected by this issue have been temporarily restricted from accessing the game while the company will retrieve these items and rectify the issue. Krafton further informed that players whose PUBG New State accounts were blocked will face this situation only temporarily. They will be provided access to their accounts once the process is complete.

It can be noted that compensation will also be provided to the players whose PUBG New State accounts have been blocked. "We will be sending compensation to your in-game mail," Krafton said. Earlier this week, PUBG New State had received a mandatory update that brought new measures to improve detection of hackers in the game and to curb cheating.

Meanwhile, on November 26, the company also informed that PUBG New State has officially recorded more than 40 million downloads. "Together with your support and the support of millions worldwide, PUBG New State has officially recorded more than 40 million downloads!," Krafton said in a release.

In order to celebrate the occasion, the company is offering celebrity rewards. Players can simply log in for 7 days and claim rewards including Chicken Medals and BP Random Boxes each day. "This is more than enough reason to party, so on behalf of all of us at PUBG: NEW STATE, login and enjoy these celebratory rewards!," Krafton informed.

Log in to PUBG New State every day and claim various rewards. It can be noted that the rewards will be time-limited so make sure to log in every day to get all of them. Also, rewards that have not been claimed within the relevant period cannot be recovered. Rewards cannot be transferred or restored as well.
