Sony launches four new One Box Audio System speakers for partying at home, price starts at ₹16,990

Sony has expanded its line of party speakers in India by introducing four new models under its One Box Audio System range. The line up includes MHC-V83D, MHC-V73D, MHC-V43D and MHC-V13, all of which are one-box styled systems with a portable design. Like others, the speakers not only feature heavy bass performance but also include party lights as well to set the mood.

The MHC-V83D is the most costly one at ₹56,990, followed by MHC-V73D, MHC-V43D and MHC-V13 at ₹44,990, ₹31,990 and ₹16,990 respectively. You can get them from Sony retail stores (Sony Center and Sony Exclusive), www.ShopatSC.com portal, major electronic stores and other e-commerce websites in India.

Sony claims its new V83D and V73D party speakers come with Omnidirectional party sound feature along with four tweeters at the front and rear. It also makes use of midrange, a woofer and JET BASS BOOSTER to expand the music’s reach. The V83D and V73D on the other hand include Omnidirectional Party Light and Speaker Light. The speakers are said to send waves of deep blue, sky blue and green lighting along with multi-coloured stripe lighting to create a party-like experience. There are some new and improved features as well including Karaoke sessions, guitar input, fiestable app and Taiko mode.

The four speakers support the Fiestable app that lets you contribute to the playlist by instantly inserting their favourite songs from their smartphones.You can also share your party status on social media from the app itself.

As for the build, Sony says the party speakers come with a robust body that has a hard-plastic exterior to protect all sides of the unit and four corner protectors to the speakers can be used for a longer time without being damaged.
